The Windmill Estates, located just off the Porter Road in Malone, NY, consists of twenty affordable rental units including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. All tenants have access to a shared laundry room and community room, which can be reserved by tenants for birthday parties and other special events.
Tenants must meet income and other criteria to quality for housing at the Windmill Estates. Once approved for occupancy, rental rates are based on the tenant’s income.
